FCO-OP's `Let's have fun learning about the environment! Summer Vacation Parent-Child Social Studies Field Trip'

Tours to the Miyanojin Clean Center in Kurume City, and the Oki Circulation Center Kururun in Oki Town, were held with the participation of 28 co-op members from 7 families as part of its member activities and environmental efforts.

Co-op Gifu co-sponsors `FC Gifu Kakekko (running) Class'

The instructor was Mr. WADO Tatsuya, an active top track-and-field athlete from Ena City, Gifu Prefecture. Ninety-two children from the first to sixth grades of elementary school participated in the class and were given lessons on how to run fast.

Co-op Oita provides various types of support to refugees from Ukraine who have been evicted from their home country because of the war and living in Beppu and Hita Cities in Oita Prefecture.

Seikatsu Club Consumers' Co-operative Union establishes the General Incorporated Seikatsu Club Energy Business Association

The Energy Business Association is a new organization to promote the use of renewable energy and activities to abolish nuclear power generation, through the 33 Seikatsu Club co-ops located in 21 prefectures nationwide.

On March 23, a donation ceremony was held at the Miyagi Co-op head office, where former Miyagi Co-op Managing Director/CEO Mr. OHKOSHI Kenji presented Dr. Isaac ASIEDU, President of AFAM with 150,000 yen to support the "Child-Friendly School" initiative at SWESCO.
