On March 14, Okayama Co-op held a paid volunteer activity by two elderly participants who use the Day Service Center Donguri House, a nursing care facility, to weed around the Co-op Saidaiji Store. Through this activity, Okayama Co-op promotes the social participation of the elderly.

JCCU launched the "CO•OP × Red Cup Campaign", which is an initiative of the Japan Association for the World Food Programme (JAWFP), from October 1 to November 10, 2021, and raised 4,378,061 yen in donations.
The CO・OP Sustainable Product series use seafood from certified sustainable fisheries as its main ingredient. MEL (Marine Eco-Label Japan) is one of these certifications.
On February 15, Mr. SATO Jin, Mayor of Minamisanriku, Miyagi visited the headquarters of Co-op Tohoku and presented a letter of appreciation and a commemorative plaque made of Minamisanriku cedar.
