From March 22, 2018, Co-opdeli Consumers’ Co-operative Union started the distribution of smartphone application "Shop Navi Co-opdeli" to its members. Members can order about 800 home delivery items via this application and receive them at co-op stores. Items are packaged foods and household goods, especially baby goods and non-allergenic foods which co-op stores do not offer.

With this service, store users can receive home delivery products at the stores, and home delivery users will as well be able to receive products at stores in addition to once a week delivery.

The service will be started with 7 Co-opdeli group supermarket stores in Saitama prefecture and plan is underway to expand it to all the 155 stores by May 2018.

The application also offers direct sending service of purchased goods to the place designated by the user from the production area or the factory, browsing of blogs and leaflets of stores, discount coupons and other information, such as past usage records and cumulative points.

In addition, orders for items such as side dishes, hors d'oeuvres and sushi that could only be ordered at the store can be easily made from this application (available at 84 stores with in-store manufacturing facilities).

With the release of "Shop Navi Co-opdeli", Co-opdeli Consumers’ Co-operative Union announces that they will further strengthen collaboration between the home delivery business and the store business, and will continue to enhance the convenience of users.
